Return Notices: 

1. Please contact our CS and provide the reasons for the return, as well as relevant photos.

2. Your return & exchange request can only be submitted with issues about size, quality, and color, etc. within 20 days after receiving the original order.

3. If the returned package is over 2 weeks, please contact us in time.

4. Do not send the package directly to the address on the package. That’s one of the carrier’s transit warehouses, and which is not correct, otherwise will affect the processing of your return.

5. Items must be returned with original packaging, manuals, and all accessories and documents provided by the manufacturer.

6. If a product is DOA (Damaged on arrival) or shipped incorrectly, please kindly contact our CS Support firstly before you sent it back. Cause it must be returned to the exact outbound warehouse for refund or exchange.


Exchange Notices:

1. Please contact our CS and provide the reasons for the exchange.

2. Other circumstances are performed as described above.


Additional non-returnable Conditions:

1. The returned items must be returned unused. We do not accept any way of washed, damaged, or altered of returned items.

2. Clearance and items in the special offer cannot be exchanged or returned


Refund Notices:

The refund will be subject to preliminary inspection after the item arrives in the warehouse, and will be processed within 5-10 business days. (NB: After the refund was processed, the transportation cost is not included. Except in other cases)


The refund will be returned by the payment used at the purchase.
